At Little Lights Christian Centre, we recognise the importance of instilling healthy eating habits in children at an early age. That’s why we are dedicated to providing a nutritious, well-balanced, and culturally diverse menu that is prepared daily by our in-house chef

Our recipes are carefully crafted to appeal to even the fussiest of eaters, ensuring that every child receives the nourishment they need to thrive.

Hydration

How We Keep Your Children Hydrated throughout the day! We understand your concerns about hydration, and we take it very seriously! That’s why we prioritise keeping our children well-hydrated. At each mealtime (every two hours), we provide the children with their water bottles and carefully monitor their intake, ensuring they are refilled as needed. Additionally, we encourage the children to access their water bottles from the trolleys whenever they feel thirsty in between mealtimes. With our dedicated approach, you can feel confident that your child will never leave us feeling thirsty!

We have collaborated with NSW Health Nutritionists team at Munch and Move to develop our menu. It has undergone thorough evaluation and has been certified to meet the nutritional needs of growing children.
